Handmade one of a kind Neo Victorian coat. Delicate black and white scroll pattern in light cotton. Lined in brilliant red satin. Full ruffled bustle in red, black and white lace and ribbons. It has uniquely placed ribbons through out, vintage lace on sleeve cuffs, buttons in front and a sloping hemline. Create a flattering fit with the back lacing.

Size medium only= bust 34-36, waist 25-27, hips 34-38
Can be snugged up pretty well using the lacing.
